Absolutely. We offer full private label service including woven labels, hang tags, care labels, poly bags, and custom shipping cartons. Simply send us your artwork files and we'll produce exactly to your brand specifications.

Standard sampling lead time is 10-15 working days from design approval. Rush service is available for an additional fee. We provide digital photos for preliminary approval before shipping physical samples.

Typical bulk production lead time is 25-35 working days after sample confirmation, depending on order volume and complexity. Peak season (July-October) may require additional time. We always communicate timeline updates transparently.

We work with a wide range of fabrics: cotton, linen, viscose, modal, TENCEL, silk, wool, cashmere, polyester, nylon, and blends. We also source specialty fabrics including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and performance textiles. Custom fabric development is available for larger orders.

We implement a three-stage QC process: (1) Incoming fabric inspection for defects and color consistency, (2) Inline production audit at 30% and 70% completion, (3) Final AQL 2.5 random inspection on packed goods. Full QC reports with photos are shared before every shipment.

Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we offer more flexible arrangements including T/T 30 days or L/C at sight. We accept T/T bank transfer and Letter of Credit.

Yes, sample orders are welcome. We charge a sample fee that covers material and labor costs plus courier shipping. The sample fee is fully refundable when you proceed with a bulk order above a certain volume.

Both. Our in-house design team can create original collections tailored to your market, or we can faithfully reproduce your designs from sketches, tech packs, or reference samples. We also offer trend forecasting and seasonal collection development as an add-on service.

Factory visits are warmly welcomed. We recommend scheduling at least one week in advance so we can arrange a comprehensive tour and prepare relevant samples. Airport pickup and hotel arrangements can be coordinated upon request.

We stand behind our quality. If any goods fail to meet the agreed specifications or AQL standards, we will reproduce or refund those items. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving goods, with supporting photos and documentation.
